LTXG-12 Automatic Filling and Capping Machine

LTXG-12 machine comes with 12 nozzles of filling head and two nozzles of capping heads. The machine can automatically fill 30-150ml glass and plastic bottle with aluminum cap. The machine adopts PLC control with touch screen operation which is easily input and display any production parameter while the machine running, such as production speed, filling volume, capping speed, etc. All machines parts are made of Stainless steel 304 with Organic Glass cover which meets the requirement of GMP.

LTXG-8 type eight-head filling and double-head plugging and capping machine is suitable for automatic filling of liquids in the pharmaceutical, food, chemical, pesticide and other industries. It adopts double-track linear filling and double-head plugging and capping, which is suitable for bottles of different materials and specifications. The machine is compact and reasonable in structure, and can be easily linked with other equipment to form a line. The metering pump is made of 316L stainless steel, which is easy to clean and assemble. This machine is equipped with a protective cover composed of 304# stainless steel frame and PV transparent plate.

LTXG-4/1 Automatic Filling and Capping machine for the application of light liquid filling and capping for plastic or glass bottles. The machine is composed by a conveyor, SS316L volumetric piston pump, top-bottom filling nozzles, liquid buffer tank, bottle index wheel, capping system. The bottle loading/unloading through loading/unloading turntable (alternative Ø620mm or Ø900mm), or directly from an production line.
